Property Description

N-Propanol is formed naturally in small amounts during many fermentation processes and used as a solvent in the pharmaceutical industry. It is widely used in the printing and pharma industry. It is also used as solvent in cosmetics, skin/hair preparations, perfumes, pharmaceuticals, lacquer formulations, dye solutions and antifreezes.

Used as solvent  in cosmetics, skin/hair preparations, perfumes, pharmaceuticals, lacquer formulations, dye solutions, antifreezes, soaps and window cleaner etc.

Also used as a chemical intermediate to create esters, halides, propyl amines and propyl acetate.
